| Sept 2nd: Wisdom Teeth Out = Forced Recovery |
| I had two teeth removed today so I've got a bit of forced recovery after Louisville, which is a good thing. Since I have some couch time over the next couple days, I will have my race report and photos up soon......read more in my blog. |

| August 29th: Ironman Louisville, 4th! |
| In the home town of corporate Pappa Johns and Pizza Hut, I represented Little Caesars well yesterday with a great race. I couldn't be happier with my day out there. Check back in the next couple days as I post my race report and photos. |

| I spent some time today and scanned in five training articles that I've written and were published in Austin Fit magazine. I've posted them in my blog as well as gave them a permanent home on my News Room page. | I came back to Austin early this week from my 3.5 week training camp in Northern Michigan. I had a great time up north. | June 28th: Ironman Coeur d'Alene, 7th place!! |
| I'm really happy with my race here in Coeur d'Alene yesterday. After a swim not close to my expectations, I executed the rest of the day perfectly to my plan. I intentionally backed off on the bike by about 5-6 minutes to be fresh for the run. I ended up having my best run yet and made for a great race. I very excited for this experience and the rest of the year! Check back in the next couple days and I'll post a full race report with pictures. |

| Ironman Coeur d'Alene's tomorrow! Pro wave leaves bright and early at 6:25 PDT, so if you have a chance to get on ironman.com to track the race, look for me to be popping up on the updates later on the bike and on the run! I'm feeling good and ready to go. Check back here and I'll get a race update as soon as I can. It's going to be tough but fun. |

| It was another great and fun night out at the Pure Austin Jack and Adams Splash N Dash last night. Just what I needed as a little tune-up for Coeur d'Alene...a good lung-cleaner. The event capped out at over 200 racers and has become a main stay in the Austin triathlon scene.........read more in my blog |

| Last night, I raced the Run-Far South Mopac Time Trial and laid down a new personal best for the event. It's an informal bike race on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday nights of every month from April-October. I've been coming out to the race periodically for the last 5 years.........read more in my blog |

| May 18th: Just train, train, train |
| I feel pretty boring because I don't have anything super new to report on my blog. Since St.Croix it's been nothing but train, train, train. I'm in the biggest training weeks for Coeur d'Alene and I'm in full-on mode. So I guess it's good that I have nothing new to report. Training is sometimes the best when you get into a groove and just plow ahead......read more in my blog |
